Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, and safety regulations.
  • Drive sales through promotional activities and customer engagement.
     

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a cafe/restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational targets.
  • Passion for coffee and customer service.
