Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee material and service procurement, ensuring timely replenishment based on demand forecasts and minimum order quantities (MOQs), while adhering to CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
• Implement cost-saving strategies such as consolidation, call-offs, contracting, and discounts.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, manage onboarding, update vendor data, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with finance, audit, and end-users to align budgets, manage payments, and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Utilize SAP to manage the full procure-to-pay (P2P) process and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Validate costs using full product lifecycle insights and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to compare options.
• Ensure pricing accuracy by evaluating key inputs, including commodity prices, utilities, labor, freight, and exchange rates.
   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical) or Master’s in Supply Chain.
• 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
