Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a GM Production with 7–9 years of experience in the textiles industry to oversee and manage production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead production teams and oversee manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and targets.
  • Optimize resources to improve efficiency.
  • Implement safety and operational policies.
     

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
  • 7–9 years of production management experience in textiles.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
