Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial records, internal controls, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate risks related to assets, financial integrity, and organizational compliance, and propose actionable risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Develop risk-based audit plans, execute audits, and prepare structured audit reports.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and reduce risks.
   

Requirements

• Qualification: CA (Inter) / CMA (Finalist).
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in engineering consultancy or construction firms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
