Job Overview
The Admin Head will be responsible for overseeing and integrating all administrative functions, including human resources, procurement, inventory management, and office operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader ensuring efficiency and compliance across all administrative domains.
Key Requirements
- Education: A degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, particularly with a focus on HR & Project Management, is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10–12 years of proven and progressive experience in a senior administrative role, with demonstrated expertise in office management, project management, and human resources.
- Knowledge:
- Hands-on, practical knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of procurement cycles and inventory management systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong command over MS Excel is essential.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and specialized inventory software is required.
