Job Description

Job Overview

The Admin Head will be responsible for overseeing and integrating all administrative functions, including human resources, procurement, inventory management, and office operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader ensuring efficiency and compliance across all administrative domains.

 

Key Requirements

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration or Public Administration, particularly with a focus on HR & Project Management, is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10–12 years of proven and progressive experience in a senior administrative role, with demonstrated expertise in office management, project management, and human resources.
  • Knowledge:
    • Hands-on, practical knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
    • In-depth understanding of procurement cycles and inventory management systems.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong command over MS Excel is essential.
    • Working knowledge of ERP systems and specialized inventory software is required.
