Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Manager of Accounts & Reporting to oversee our financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Oversee the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during the audit process.
• Develop and implement effective internal control policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CA, or a related professional qualification.
• Substantial experience (typically 8+ years) in a senior accounting or finance role, with a proven track record in financial reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
