Herbion Naturals is looking for a dynamic and analytical Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is crucial for bridging our finance and sales functions to drive commercial success.

Requirements:

• Education: CA, ACCA, or MBA Finance.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in receivables, sales finance, or commercial finance.
• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer collections, account reconciliations, and lead receivables follow-up to ensure timely payments.
• Review, validate, and process sales incentives, schemes, and disbursements in accordance with company policy.
• Analyze commercial contracts, proposals, and agreements to evaluate financial viability, risk, and compliance.
• Partner with the Sales team to monitor customer credit exposure, evaluate profit margins, and ensure commercial terms align with business strategy.
• Develop and present insightful analysis on key metrics (DSO, cash flow impact, customer profitability) to support strategic management decisions.
