Dairyland Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the FMCG/dairy sector, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payables Executive to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about accounting accuracy, vendor coordination, and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and within deadlines
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for invoice verification
• Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, ledgers, and payment schedules
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable (preferably in FMCG)
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
