Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality across procurement, planning, logistics, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure service excellence.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and third parties.
• Evaluate, select, and onboard new vendors for supply reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, planning, and logistics.
• Establish and manage SLAs with key suppliers/vendors to strengthen relationships.
• Oversee accurate recording of all inventory transactions in the system.
• Manage both system-based and physical inventory, ensuring accuracy through quarterly audits.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
