Position Overview:
Kohat Cement Company Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Head of Accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s accounting operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and corporate governance standards.
• Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership and direction to the accounting team.
• Collaborate with senior management to support financial planning and decision-making.
   

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: 7–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
