Assistant Manager - Supply Chain

Optix Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Karachi.

Location: Korangi Industrial Estate, Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing: Identify suppliers, manage RFQs and quotations, support negotiations, process purchase orders, and monitor deliveries.
Inventory & Warehousing: Monitor stock levels, reorder points, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy and proper storage.
Vendor Management: Evaluate supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly issuance reports, project BOQs, and tender documentation.

Required Skills
- ERP experience (Oracle, Odoo, or similar systems).
- Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent reporting and analytical abilities.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
