Job Description:

Seeking a high-impact Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a critical architect of organizational success.

Moving beyond traditional administrative support to become a true consultant and coach for leadership teams.

Focus on driving organizational agility and a high-performance culture through data-informed insights and sophisticated change management.

Leverage people analytics and HRIS data to identify trends in turnover, engagement, and performance.

Lead business units through restructures, scaling phases, and cultural shifts.

Partner with line managers on workforce planning, identify critical skill gaps, build robust internal pipelines, and implement programs that prioritize mental well-being, belonging, and a modern, flexible work environment.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 5-8 years of progressive HR experience.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with employees at all levels. Excellent People Management Skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records. Ability to interpret HR data to inform better decision-making in areas like recruitment and employee retention.
