Job Summary:

Now Software (Pvt) Limited is looking for a skilled LCR & Billing Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in telecom billing, routing, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing call routing, managing billing operations, and supporting business intelligence efforts through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Least Cost Routing (LCR) and optimize call flows based on quality and cost metrics.
• Monitor and manage telecom billing systems and ensure accurate processing of Call Detail Records (CDRs).
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools for internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
   

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proven experience in telecom billing, routing, and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
• Hands-on experience with VoIP systems and CDR analysis
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Preferred/Plus Skills:

• Familiarity with Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Power Automate
•  Experience with automation tools and cloud data platforms
