Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits to join our Human Resources team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, leave and attendance, and statutory compliance, ensuring accurate and timely execution of C&B functions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Oversee leave and attendance management systems and records.
  • Handle compliance with EOBI and SESSI regulations and reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee compensation records.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and analysis related to employee compensation.
  • Work closely with the HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations.
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR – Compensation & Benefits
  • Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of payroll software and HR systems
  • Attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills
