Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Store to oversee store operations, inventory control, and procurement coordination at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of stock management systems, SAP, and store procedures, along with the ability to manage teams, ensure compliance, and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and staff supervision
• Maintain accurate stock levels through effective control and monitoring
• Coordinate procurement processes and ensure timely availability of materials
• Implement and monitor SAP-based stock control procedures
• Manage issuing and receiving processes for all goods and materials
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks for received materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers for sourcing requirements
   

Requirements:

• Education: MBA/BBA in Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in store/inventory management within the manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of stock control systems, SAP, and procurement coordination
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage audits, and ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
