Warehouse Lead

Job Summary

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a results-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee 3PL warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy and timely dispatches, and drive efficient, compliant, and service-oriented warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor 3PL warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, dispatch performance, damages, storage utilization, and service levels.

Ensure timely execution of daily dispatches in line with orders and dispatch plans and proactively resolving operational challenges.

Ensure accurate and timely SAP documentation and transactions for receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, adjustments, and other stock movements.

Reconcile SAP, WMS, and physical stock, ensuring timely identification and resolution of inventory variances.

Monitor stock ageing, near-expiry, and excess inventory and drive timely corrective actions to minimize inventory risks.

Ensure effective quarantine management, including segregation, identification, documentation, system status, and timely disposition of stock.

Monitor compliance with Temperature Control SOPs, including temperature records, deviations, corrective actions, and reporting.

Monitor damaged, expired, recalled, and returned stock, ensuring proper segregation, documentation, and reporting in line with established procedures.

Coordinate with Sales, Head Office, Supply Chain, and 3PL teams on stock requirements, dispatch priorities, and resolution of operational issues.

Prepare warehouse performance reports, highlight KPI gaps, support audits, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL operations. Experience in consumer goods or the FMCG sector is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Sound understanding of 3PL and warehouse KPI management.

Strong SAP/WMS and MS Excel skills.

Sound understanding of temperature-controlled warehouse operations is preferred.

Soft Skills:

Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage operational challenges and drive timely corrective actions.
