Job Description:
Sapphire Fibres Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations at the plant level, with a focus on payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for timely and accurate disbursement
• Oversee HR compliance and conduct audits to meet statutory obligations
• Drive the performance management system for effective employee evaluations
• Enhance HR operations, focusing on employee engagement and grievance handling
• Execute and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) updates for data accuracy
• Foster and promote a positive work culture for all plant employees
   

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized university
• 7 to 8 years of relevant plant HR experience, preferably in the Denim Garments industry
• Strong expertise in payroll processing and compliance
• Solid knowledge of performance management systems (PMS) and overall HR operations
