Gourmet Pakistan is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Utilities Engineer to join our
team at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient
operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems, ensuring smooth plant
operations in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the operation and maintenance of utility systems including HVAC, boilers,
compressors, chillers, generators, and water treatment plants.
● Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
● Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to production.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous process improvement.
● Maintain detailed records of utility system operations, maintenance, and performance.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
● 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
● Proficiency in utility systems and maintenance planning.
