Pepsi LSB is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Lead to join our dynamic IT team. This role is critical for ensuring the high availability, security, and performance of our network and server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management:

• Design and implement active/passive network architectures for high availability and redundancy.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Layer 2/3 devices, including Nexus switches.
• Configure, manage, and monitor Fortinet Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), including regular upgrades.
• Maintain and optimize Ruckus and Unifi Wi-Fi solutions to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
• Monitor network performance using firewalls, core network devices, and Network Management System (NMS) tools.
• Administer DHCP and DNS services for efficient IP allocation and name resolution.
• Manage and maintain token machines, face recognition machines, and kiosk machines.

Systems Administration:

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, policies, and security updates).
• Oversee File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) and manage shared drives.
• Administer corporate email servers (managing accounts, groups, configurations, and storage).
• Supervise physical infrastructure, including structured cabling, server installations, and hardware upgrades.
• Ensure the reliability of redundant power and cooling systems in the data center.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• BE/BS/MS in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering.
• Preferred Certifications:
  • CCNA, CCNP (Routing & Switching)
  • MCSE
  • MTCNA (MikroTik Certified Network Associate)
  • Certification in Network Management, FITH, or Data Center Cabling & Ducting.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Networking and Systems administration.
• Extensive proven experience in network design, implementation, and management.
• High proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco devices and Fortinet firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of data center operations, including cabling standards, server management, and implementing redundancy.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and maintain high availability across both LAN and WAN environments.
