Pepsi LSB is seeking a highly skilled and certified SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing optimizations within our SAP MM module to enhance our supply chain and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective SAP MM solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to design, customize, and implement changes and optimizations within the SAP MM module.
• Configure and implement core SAP MM functionalities including purchasing, inventory management, and materials planning.
• Ensure seamless integration of the SAP MM module with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FI, PP), minimizing post-integration issues.
• Document configuration settings, process flows, and create comprehensive user guides.
• Conduct thorough system testing (unit, integration, UAT), resolve issues, and provide timely go-live and post-go-live support.
• Train end-users on SAP MM functionalities and best practices to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance and support for new projects and ongoing system improvements.
• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies (especially S/4HANA) and industry trends to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Manage changes to SAP MM configurations and processes in strict alignment with change control procedures.
• Ensure all project implementations and deployments are completed within agreed-upon deadlines.
• Understand and apply Authorization objects related to SAP MM.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification:

• BE/BS/MSc in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Mandatory Certification: SAP S/4HANA certification in Material Management (MM).

Experience & Skills:

• A minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP MM module.
• Proven experience in customizing SAP MM to meet specific business requirements.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and materials planning processes.
• Experience with integration points between SAP MM and other modules.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
