DGM HSE

Role Overview:
The DGM HSE will lead health, safety and environmental operations across IMARAT projects and business units, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective risk management and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HSE operations across projects, offices and business units.

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures and standards.

Conduct audits, risk assessments and incident investigations.

Oversee regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness and HSE performance.

Requirements:

Strong leadership, communication and strategic HSE management skills.

Expertise in construction safety, risk management and environmental compliance.

Proven ability to lead HSE teams and implement safety systems.

Qualifications & Details:

Education: Bachelor's in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related field. NEBOSH International Diploma preferred. (Note: The ad also lists "Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.")

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction and large-scale projects.
