Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager – Human Resources to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Develop and execute HR policies in line with company objectives
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives
     

Requirements:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound understanding of HR laws and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
