About the Role:
A leading manufacturing company is looking to hire a proactive and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage factory-based store operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory control, timely stock movement, and coordination across departments in a high-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily store operations to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth workflow
• Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation for all stock movements
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to meet operational requirements
• Implement and uphold safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards within the store
• Supervise and train store staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvements in store processes and reporting systems
   

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management within a manufacturing or industrial setup
• Strong command of ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced factory setting
