Manager Group Material Procurement

Qualification

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience: 6–8 years in Purchase / Procurement.
• Strong experience in sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and vendor development.
• Preferably from Home Textile, Stitching, Knits, or Denim background.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of fabrics, accessories, trims, packaging, and other production materials.
• Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers while maintaining effective vendor relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit facilities, lead times, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Quality, Stores, and relevant departments for timely procurement.
• Review quotations, compare commercial offers, and finalize purchases within approved requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier compliance, and material deliveries to ensure uninterrupted production.
