Position Overview:

Imtiaz is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Incharge to oversee all store facility maintenance operations. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth facility functionality while managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical).
• 10–12 years of hands-on maintenance experience in retail, commercial, or industrial environments.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar capacity independently managing maintenance operations.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily maintenance activities for store facilities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generators, etc.).
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and arrange swift solutions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, repair activities, and equipment status.
• Inspect store premises regularly to identify issues or potential hazards.
• Ensure availability of necessary tools, spare parts, and resources.
• Manage maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Implement cost-effective maintenance operations within allocated budgets.
