We Are Hiring: Administrative Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be proficient in managing documents and official records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee rental agreements and other official company records.
- Prepare and format professional letterheads, business correspondence, and various company documents.
- Develop and maintain an efficient physical and digital filing system in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.) to create reports, manage data, and maintain records.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on document handling and management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Key Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
