Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Management Trainee Officer – Recruitment to join our HR team and support our expanding talent acquisition function. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in HR and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Post job advertisements, manage applications, and maintain candidate databases.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct initial assessments and provide feedback to HR and hiring managers.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of recruitment tools/LinkedIn sourcing will be an advantage.
