Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Store Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our store in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, a strong understanding of inventory control, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all daily store operations and staff activities.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually merchandised to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process sales transactions and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.
  • Ensure the security of the store, its staff, and all merchandise.

     

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or store incharge role.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and customer service.

     

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
