Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage return COD parcels at the Return Desk
  •  Ensure accurate parcel balancing across the entire network
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple locations for smooth return operations
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports using MS Excel
  • Take ownership of return-related queries and ensure timely resolution

    Requirements:
  •  Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling return COD parcels and reconciliation
  •  Strong skills in MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Ability to manage a team and coordinate with internal departments
