We are a leading provider of food ingredients, food processing and quality assurance equipment, scents & care ingredients to industrial manufacturers. We also supply ingredients for baking & desserts to the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) sector and SMEs across Pakistan.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s procurement activities, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality goods and services. This role is critical to maintaining our supply chain efficiency and supporting our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for a wide range of products and equipment.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Utilize MS Dynamics 365 to manage purchase orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, finance) to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new potential suppliers and products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: BBA / MBA, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A good command and working experience with MS Dynamics 365 is essential.
