Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize training, development, and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
