Springs Edibles is seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Supply Chain Manager for PQ Karachi Refinery. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include managing procurement, logistics, inventory control, vendor relationships, and demand planning to ensure smooth operations and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities (KPIs):

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead procurement activities, vendor selection, and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maintain cost efficiency and avoid stock-outs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods/services through effective logistics management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, and Production) to forecast demand and manage supply planning.
• Lead ERP – Supply Chain & SCM modules with implementation and reporting.
• Manage risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team for enhanced performance.
   

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics (preferably within manufacturing, refinery, or FMCG environment).
• Proven track record in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization.
   

Discipline & Merits:

• Age limit: Not more than 35 years.
• Must own motorcycle/vehicle.
• Preferably resident of Landhi, Shah Latif Town, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Gharo, or Ghaghar.
• Well-dressed, energetic, and well-behaved personality.
