Position Overview:

Nishat Mills Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Officer to ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality protocols in line with ISO standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QMS policies in compliance with ISO standards
• Conduct internal quality audits and assist during external audits
• Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping of all quality-related activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions
• Support the development and maintenance of SOPs and quality manuals
• Monitor compliance with defined quality objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
   

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QMS or a quality assurance-related role
• Sound understanding of ISO 9001 standards and internal audit procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
