Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and ensure proper execution of all Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC works at project sites according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities, maintain quality control, and verify compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and implement short-term lookahead plans to align site progress with the overall project timeline.

Position Requirements:

• DAE (Mechanical) or B.E (Mechanical Engineering) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Experience in high-rise buildings, plumbing, fire protection, and drainage works will be preferred.
