Job Summary

A company is hiring a Plant Safety In-Charge (HSE - S3) to ensure workplace safety through monitoring, training, equipment maintenance, and enforcing safety procedures and standards.

Responsibilities & Duties

The person in this role will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and inspecting work areas for hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Investigating workplace accidents.
• Conducting safety patrols, inspections, and generating reports.
• Organizing and conducting Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) trainings.
• Ensuring proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees.
• Maintaining firefighting equipment and other safety measures.
• Enforcing HSE Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work permit systems.
• Supporting the documentation and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Responding to and assisting in emergency situations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:
  • Minimum: FA (Intermediate)
  • Preferred: Graduate Degree
  • A certification in Safety is required.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
