Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse In Charge to lead our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control, specifically within the fast-paced FMCG skin care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching skin care products.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to preserve product integrity and shelf life.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and sales departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Warehouse In Charge or similar supervisory role.
• Experience within the FMCG industry is essential, with a strong preference for candidates from the skin care, cosmetics, or personal care sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
