Project Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Qualitative Field Research Staff (Male/Female) for a short-term field assignment focused on critical education research. This project will take place in various districts across Pakistan, and we require dedicated professionals to support high-quality data collection and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative data collection in the field, including Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
• Travel extensively within assigned districts to diverse field locations.
• Ensure accurate and ethical data collection procedures are followed.
• Manage and organize collected data and field notes.
• Provide preliminary insights and reports from the field.

Qualifications and Expertise:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in qualitative data collection.
• Fluency in the local languages of the assigned districts is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines efficiently and work flexibly in challenging environments
