Job Description

Role Overview:
TCS is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team as an Assistant Manager – HR Operations. This role is central to end-to-end HR service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Payroll, Provident Fund, Compliance, and HR Reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 5,000+ employees with precision and compliance.
  • Oversee Provident Fund administration, ensuring full statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee records, policies, benefits, and HRIS management.
  • Prepare and deliver timely HR reports, data, and analytics for management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and the employee experience.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support internal and external audits and implement HR best practices.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, with a focus on Payroll & PF Management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (8/10 or above) and strong analytical/reporting skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proven problem-solving ability, and excellent time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
