Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and disciplined leader to oversee Safety & Security operations across all our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding employees, visitors, and assets while implementing robust policies to minimize risks and enhance organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the custodian of Safety & Security functions across all company sites.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Lead strategic security risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Formulate, maintain, and improve emergency response frameworks and contingency plans.
• Strengthen enterprise-level security controls to ensure a safe, compliant, and secure working environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Background: Armed Forces background, preferably at the rank of Major or Lieutenant Colonel.
• Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational command, discipline, and strategic planning abilities.
