Position Overview:
Naveena Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Imports to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in import operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and managing import documentation.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, suppliers, and clearing agents.
• Support the import team in tracking shipments and ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures.
• Learn and assist with the end-to-end import process, from order placement to delivery.
   

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or imports.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a high-paced corporate setting.
