Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Factory Manager – Production (Cut to Pack) to oversee end-to-end garment production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management within the garment manufacturing industry and will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow from cutting to packing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all production activities from cut to pack.
• Monitor production lines to ensure timely and quality output.
• Implement effective strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve performance targets.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
   

Requirements:

• Education: Must be a graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in the garment manufacturing industry, specifically in managing cut-to-pack operations.
