Systems Limited is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Engineering Manager to lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful project deliveries at scale.

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to ensure seamless project execution.
• Define and implement engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

• Oversee architectural decisions, scalability, and performance of systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of overall industry experience, including 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale software projects and engineering teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software development tools and practices.
