Job Description

Job Summary:

GreenO Juices is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
  • Develop and revise HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Support current and future business needs through talent management and workforce planning.
  • Utilize ERP systems for HR data management and reporting.
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor law, and best practices.
  • ERP system experience is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
