Job Description
Job Summary:
GreenO Juices is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and revise HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Support current and future business needs through talent management and workforce planning.
- Utilize ERP systems for HR data management and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor law, and best practices.
- ERP system experience is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
