Job Summary:

TechnoCares is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineers to join our QA team. The selected candidates will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual and automated testing across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand project requirements and user stories.
• Design and develop test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on specifications.
• Execute manual and automated testing to validate software functionality.
• Identify, document, and track software bugs and issues to resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings to report progress and raise concerns.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by working closely with cross-functional teams
• Maintain testing documentation including test matrices, test reports, and defect logs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
   

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in a software QA or testing role.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (white-box and black-box).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting for database validations.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• A strong desire to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
