Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our stringent quality standards by conducting precise analytical testing, ensuring the integrity of our laboratory operations, and upholding compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various laboratory instruments.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on sophisticated laboratory equipment.
- Meticulously document all testing procedures, results, and observations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Interpret and evaluate analytical data to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Assist in laboratory investigations for any out-of-specification (OOS) or atypical results.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company SOPs, safety protocols, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., DRAP).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.
- Contribute to the preparation and review of quality control documentation and reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a Pharm-D degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience within a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in analytical testing procedures and the operation of standard QC equipment.
- Instrumental Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of HPLC, FTIR, UV Spectrophotometry, LPC, and other relevant laboratory instruments.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Compliance: A solid understanding of regulatory and GMP requirements governing pharmaceutical quality control.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
