Amica Pakistan is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial operations, ERP systems, and reporting, with strong coordination and compliance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and vendor coordination
• Handle GST compliance and ensure accurate tax documentation
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes
• Utilize ERP/accounting software, preferably QuickBooks
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
   

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
• Strong understanding of audit procedures and financial reporting
• Experience in financial compliance, vendor management, and operational finance
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
