About the Role:
Ghandhara Industries Limited is seeking fresh graduates in Automotive Engineering to join as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) in the Quality Department. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in quality assurance and automotive manufacturing with one of the industry’s leading companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in quality assurance activities across various stages of the production process
• Support the implementation of quality control systems and procedures
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure adherence to company and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Participate in audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Gain hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing and quality assurance practices
   

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering
• Passionate about quality control, process improvement, and automotive industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
