About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Lead to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production workflows, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and lead a team to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG/Beverages environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management:
  • Optimize manufacturing cycle time and ensure 100% adherence to production schedules.
  • Oversee the operation and KPI management of Krones and Sidel production lines.
  • Assist in production and raw material planning to maintain smooth workflows.
• Maintenance & Compliance:
  • Plan, budget, and execute annual and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage SAP operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor resource utilization and implement strategies to reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the Beverages/FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of production line machinery (e.g., Krones, Sidel) and SAP systems.

• Proven ability to manage KPIs, maintenance schedules, and team performance.
