Job Summary:

Sofstica is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product development, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
• Act as a primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
