Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collections Manager to lead our collections department, optimize repayment performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive recovery results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the collections department, implementing strategic recovery plans.
  • Monitor repayment performance across S0–M2+ stages and continuously improve scripts and processes.
  • Set KPIs for team leads and agents, managing performance and incentive structures.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing collection staff to build a stable and efficient team.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Tech, and Customer Support teams for locking, repayment, and complaint resolution.
  • Handle high-value delinquent accounts and sensitive escalations to improve recovery quality.
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or risk control, including managerial responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of local market practices, customer behavior, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong execution capabilities with a data-driven approach and excellent people management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and/or Urdu with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
